We had an amazing Easter getaway! The host, Emma, was incredibly welcoming and showed us around the caravan. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful coastline in and around Montrose. The caravan itself was spotless and had all the mod cons we needed, including free WiFi and an Amazon Firestick. It was such a nice touch to have milk, tea, and coffee provided. We also loved the seagull theme throughout the property, it made us smile!
Honestly, there was nothing that we disliked about our stay. Everything was exactly as we expected and more.

Staying here was a pleasure, we will be returning here soon, nothing too much trouble. We had a such great stay in Saint Cyrus close enough to the coast, the amazing beach and nature reserve at St Cyrus, and the gorgeous coastline in-and-around Montrose. It had a super and great location in the middle of the city.

our second time here, and Kittiwake exceeded our expectations during this wedding celebration. The caravan was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Emma, our host, was welcoming and showed us around. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the sea and easy access to lovely beaches and coastal villages.
Wifi signal weak.

Spotlessly clean with great modern facilities. Luxurious thick towels and crisp sheets. Lovely views over the sea.
No balcony, but that depends on the price you pay. Could use a brighter light on the sofa for reading.

The host was very welcoming and helpful, providing us with useful information on places to visit. the extra touches such as having milk and tea provided made a big difference. the seagull theme throughout the property was a fun and quirky touch. the location was great, with beautiful views of the sea and easy access to nearby villages and beaches.
It would have been helpful to have more amenities available on-site, as the hotel is located in a remote area. It would also have been useful to have more supplies provided in the caravan, as we had to bring everything with us.

The host was very welcoming and provided helpful information about nearby attractions. The holiday park had a peaceful atmosphere and great views of the sea. The caravan was well-equipped and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The added bonus of cleaning supplies and entertainment options like the Amazon Fire Stick and wifi made our stay even more enjoyable.
The price point could have been slightly lower for the overall experience. the distance to the beach was a bit further than expected, requiring a 20-minute walk.

Great value for money, the caravan was cosy, cute, and had modern facilities. The location was perfect for exploring Angus and Deeside, with beautiful beaches nearby. The staff, especially Emma, were welcoming, helpful, and provided lots of information about local attractions and activities.
The only thing that could make the food for breakfast better would be a brighter light to read by on the sofa.

Lovely place with all the mod cons, perfect for a teen! Everything we needed for self-catering, with free wifi/Amazon Prime as a bonus. Holiday park was very quiet, perfect for a getaway. Location great for exploring Angus and Deeside.
No criticisms to make at all, but a brighter light to read by on the sofa would be nice.

The caravan was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, with beautiful views of the sea and easy access to nearby villages and beaches. The host was friendly and accommodating, always available to help if needed.
Although the caravan had all the necessary amenities, the overall cleanliness could have been improved. We noticed some areas that were not properly cleaned, which was a bit disappointing.

The caravan was clean and decorated nicely, offering a cosy and cute atmosphere. We enjoyed the luxurious thick towels and crisp sheets! The location was great for exploring the surrounding area of Angus and Deeside. We were able to take scenic walks along the coast, with the beach and nature reserve nearby. the facilities and amenities provided, such as free wifi and streaming services, added to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay.
There were no major criticisms to make about our experience. However, we stayed in February and the only minor suggestion we have would be to have a brighter light to read by on the sofa.
